Default Mesmer Skill Suggestion

Apathy: Spell. 10e/1c/25r
For x seconds, target foe causes 8...4 more damage while attacking under the effects of an enchantment, but also loses x health every time they use a skill.


just a random idea i came up with, may not be any good, but might work. gimme ur thoughts.

The name is taken already, it's the sunspear Ele Skill. =)

I'd like something more simple like:

Watrel's Spirit, 5e, 1c, 8r
For 30 seconds, whenever target foe attacks or casts a spell, that foe loses 5...17...21 Health.

Intensity is interesting...i guess it wouldn't be overpowered with small dmg. Wastrel spirit...is like a really easy skill to chain with empathy backfire...it might be overpowered.

I was thinking something like...

Signet Strength 10e,2c,20r

For x seconds, whenever a signet targets a foe, it does +20...40...60 damage,

Or maybe, whenever a signet targets an ally, he is healed for +40...60...80 health.

Just a suggestion that I think would make signets more interesting -_-. But it might overpower the signet Me/Mo spike so it probably would be bad.

Wastrel's Spirit is Vigorous Spirit with twice the recharge. But it deals damage instead of heals. =)

I'd love to see more signet-adjusting skills for mesmers. Even a signet that functions as:
"Surging Signet: Lose 5...15 energy. For every point of energy lost, deal 5 damage to target foe"

Keystone Mantra(E): 15e, 60r
For 30...90 seconds Signets recharge and cast 40...75% faster.

Mantra of Lyssa: Stance 5e/60r
For 15...50 seconds, your spells cost 5 less energy when targeting enchanted foes and allies. (minimum cost: 5 energy).

Deception: Hex Spell 10e/1c/25r
For 6...15 seconds, the target of this hex and all foes adjacent to that foe lose 8...26 health each time they come under the effects of an enchantment.

Wastrel's Charge: Spell 5e/1c/20r
Send out a projectile that strikes target foe for 20...75 damage if it hits. If target foe has any spells equipped, that foe loses 1 energy for each spell in thier skillbar.

Nomad's Revenge: Elite Enchantment Spell 15e/2c/15r
For 25 seconds, each time you are the target of an elemental spell or hex, the foe who struck you loses 1 energy for each elemental spell or hex on thier skillbar.

Mirror of Illusion: Spell. 10e/2c/30r
Target foe suffers -3...6 health degeneration for 12...21 seconds and 3 foes near you lose 1...5 energy if under the effects of an enchantment.
